Some people get depressed from a major negative thought, what have I accomplished in my life?, and aching question everyone suffers from, even youngsters now a days, and its spreading like a disease.
Lili just had a huge argument with her husband, somehow they managed to have a truce for now, and resolve it later, it felt peaceful somehow..
Then she remembered a very sad short movie, she watched it, and cried, it brought the sad feelings inside her. Then she had more tears, so she looked for another sad movie, she ended up watching a bunch of them.
After feeling some relief getting out those tears, she felt some tranquility, then realized, that she had a lot of amazing memories, experience, with her husband, and remembering few of those made her smile, and forget all the negative vibes that were accumulating towards him.
She thought to herself, if I just get to write down every single positive experience I had with my husband, within time this bunch of stories will spread to details, and lots of emotions. She thought if she could read those stories when she is stressed, all the stress will be lifted away.
People worry about reaching a point in their lives not accomplishing things, big things, like x or y or z people, missing the fact, that we had the chance to amazing things, effortless, with high impact on our lives, or other peoples’ lives.
From that day on, Lili wrote past and present incident, describing all her emotions, point of view, and kept it in a journal, and called it, “my life’s treasure”, she guards it so well, more than jewelry, it has been the strongest source of love, faith, and positive influence, more than any other fulfillment money and power can give. Turned out, that as if the person was dragging you to his emotional status like a slave, and when you say no, the connection gets broken, as simple as that, YOU decide to cut the connection!!

- Open palm hands, and create a continuous emotion movement like a dome, around the head, shoulders, umbilical cord (upper part of your body)
- Inhale deep breathe while closing your eyes
- Exhale deep breath while opening your eyes and making sure you see your hand blocking the sadness from reaching your body
- At the same time repeating smoothly: “X person’s feelings, stop here, do not reach my core”

One Saturday morning, feeling a bit down, thinking my famous thought “”I didn’t do anything useful this weekend””, then I said to myself: “”Jim Rohn and Brian Tracy (her favorite authors) always says: “think on paper”, so let me write down what I did since Thursday night till now, and for her surprise, she ended up writing almost 3 pages in word document, how about that??

Hi my name is “T”, and I think I have some sort of discovery..
I’m used to chatting whenever I have something bothering me, cause I can’t think alone, or that’s what I used to tell myself all my live, especially that my soul mate, at the time, used to be my best listener, and while talking things out to him, I used to discover all the things that are bothering me, and I was able to analyze things much better, this is how this idea evolved, that I can’t think by my own, and unfortunately I kept saying it over and over to myself and to him and to many others whenever I discover something while chatting with anyone..
Years passed by, hard circumstances took our minds and hearts a bit apart, although we are together still, and I can say it clearly, we still together heart and soul, but not as deep, I think you need to work on this deep relation, and whenever you let go a bit, it gets lighter.. Sad to say..
So I came across couple of authors, and both agreed that dealing with things by writing them on paper makes a big difference in our lives. So one day, I took my tiny laptop, I had a long journey in the bus, so I thought, let’s make a use of it.. I was listening to a book, very nice book, and found myself pouring my notes noticeably fast using this tiny laptop, so it became a habit. Now I take it almost everywhere..
Then by time, the most helpful thing happened, I was feeling sad, really sad, so I thought to myself, let me jog down few words about it, since I have the laptop and its charged.. And so it was, I was writing the situation, then started to analyze just a bit, then started to answer my own question, and my mind was listening to them as if those written words were being said by someone else.. And so it was, once, the things I wrote, cooled down my sad emotions, and shifted them to much better place, it only took minutes, then I close the PC feeling much better, ready to do something else, as if I got the change to turn my sad page over, and was ready to start a new page.. Just like that..
Now I’m going to try it with my friend, she’s been really down lately, she’s been through a lot, and even her shrink is not helping much, I have to find a way to seduce her to try this technique, cause normally if you advise someone of a new remedy these days, they don’t just take the advice, hesitation became a habit.. Petty ha!!, let’s see, and I shall report to you right here, with the update
